Hi All,
Can someone confirm how we can distinguish between these three species: Philodendron lynnhannoniae vs P.furcatum vs P.corrugatum?
- Does Philodendron lynnhannoniae always have scales closer to the apex of the petiole? Is that a reliable diagnostic? There is no mention of it being a distinguishing characteristic in the notes of the publication of this species.
- Does Philodendron lynnhannoniae have more obviously bullate leaves with networked veins?
- How does P.corrugatum differ from these two?
- Are there pics available of live plants of P.furcatum and P.corrugatum?
Please ID the attached pics:
- Pic 1 and 2 are from the same plant.
- Plant in pic 3 has smooth petioles.
- Pic 4 is an excerpt from the publication of Philodendron lynnhannoniae (Revision of Philodendron from the Lita-San Lorenzo Region (Esmeraldas Province, Ecuador)).
Appreciate your help!

Thanks
Sid
